Van den IJssel Bedrijfskleding is pleased to announce its affiliation with the Swedish OptiGroup effective from November 30, 2023. Through this acquisition, both companies anticipate achieving maximum synergy and strengthening their competitive position in the market.
This strategic move aligns with the objectives of Van den IJssel and OptiGroup to further enhance their network and service offerings. The companies will leverage each other’s expertise, networks and resources, with Van den IJssel continuing to operate under its own name.
By gaining access to other PPE companies within the OptiGroup, Van den IJssel is poised to optimally meet clients’ workwear and PPE needs. The day-to-day operations of Van den IJssel Bedrijfskleding will remain under the leadership of the existing team, led by Jeroen de Vlieger and Berry van den IJssel.
In addition to the professional alignment, OptiGroup has taken note of Van den IJssel’s sustainability initiatives. Both companies place a high value on ESG, and through this collaboration, they aim to make a positive impact on the PPE market and society at large.
